CBGA Procedures

Setup
-No expansions will be used.
-Refer to the rulebook's "Advanced" setup, which simply deals 2 of each starting card instead of 1.

Play
-Instead of activating simultaneously, each player will activate their cards one at a time, beginning with the active player. It's too easy for things to get missed by players or opponents during simultaneous play.
